Hermoso Condo al Pie de la Playa "Camino al Mar"

We have rented over the last 40 years with many different condos and this was the worst. I have photos of broken furniture, washing machine howled so bad I didn't use it again, afraid it would break down, broom so dirty didn't use, Check in was three hours and a real mess, could go on and on. This is a condo with no maintenance and I have never complained or been disappointed in all our years of rentals in Mazatlan. Would not recommend this condo to anyone. Mr. and Mrs. Bies

Yes he did but I don’t speak Spanish so very had communicating.Explaining the check in would have been helpful.Also only one key card and there was 4 of us. The safe in the room was in operable the landlord said it was not working.Wanted to lock up are valuables.The bathroom shower and tub bathroom both smelled like septic.

While we never actually saw our host in person, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view from the room was fantastic, the amenities were great. It was very nice. There were some minor issues that were inconvenient, but overall it was a great experience. As constructive feedback, there are some things that could be improved upon:The biggest issue was having only one access card for the building and elevator. With two teenage daughters they often wanted to go somewhere on their own, but could not. Having only one key was extremely inconvenient and limiting. The unit is advertised for up to 6 people, however, it is highly unreasonable to expect that all 6 will go everywhere together.Overall, we would definitely stay here again.The curtains had what appeared to be sofa sprayed on them, much of the furniture was in disrepair. The living room entertainment console had broken legs (likely from someone sitting on it). It was partially propped up on sliding door hardware, the drawers in the main bedroom were also damaged and difficult to open and close. The kitchen stools had the upholstery buttons damaged and the metal bottoms were bent up making them unusable. My daughter cut here bottom sitting on one. One of the kitchen outlets did not work, and the coffee maker’s power button was broken but we were able to use the cord to plug it it to turn it on and unplug it to turn it off.
