Top! Positive: The location was absolutely perfect – just a 10-minute walk to the main square and the Cathedral. The apartment was spotless and very well-equipped, with two bathrooms, a coffee maker (complete with ground coffee left for us), a microwave, and a cooktop with six burners. The view from the bedroom was breathtaking: the historic St. Anna Church in the foreground, palm trees swaying, and majestic mountains in the background. We loved being so close to the fantastic local restaurant La Guacamaya – their gorditas, burritos, and tacos are outstanding! Just two blocks away there was also a wonderful fruit and vegetable shop. Communication with the owner was excellent and the neighborhood felt very safe and welcoming. A truly wonderful stay – we couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I loved the location and condo. I would definitely book again. Positive: I was genuinely surprised to have had hot running water. Negative: It didn’t have A/C; luckily the weather was pleasant.

Our stay here was pleasant and peaceful. Positive: The place was amazing, we traveled to Durango for my friends wedding. My fiancé and I chose this place based on the location to the temple and centro area, affordability, and how nice the pictures looked. This condo did not disappoint. Very Clean apartment , stove and oven, hot water, plus the fridge and washer & dryer made our stay much more comfortable and convenient. Very spacious! Wish I could bring this place home or that my apartment had this layout. For decor we loved the industrial/engine block tables and lights the pictures we wish stayed with a México theme I mean we are in Mexico but had European canvases still, the place for sure had an elegance to it and we enjoyed every moment. We definitely felt safe and our privacy protected. Our check in was at 3pm the owners/management allowed us to check in at 1pm. They were very understanding and flexible. Our flight had arrived at 7:30am we stay with my friend (getting married ) and his wife’s families house for a few hours to rest and eat and then went to the Condo. Easy to communicate and very responsive. Check-in was smooth and they do their best to send all the information before hand. Use WhatsApp to communicate. Overall amazing. I wish I took more photos of the place I have a video. Anyway, we will be booking this place again whenever we come back to Durango. Negative: There was a storm while during our stay and the electricity went out however, we were fortunate enough that we were heading out to the wedding at that time lights went out maybe 20 mins before we left. Actually made the experience fun and exciting.
