Comfortable stay in a calm, convenient area Positive: Great place if you want a quiet location that’s still close to everything. It’s an easy walk to a minimart, supermarket, beach, and restaurants, but without the noise and crowds you get right on the beach or along the Malecón. The kitchen is fully equipped, which was perfect for cooking a few meals. The pool isn’t huge, but it never felt crowded. It may not be super fancy, but it’s comfortable, well set up, and very good value overall. Negative: The apartment and building were clean and well maintained, but they could use a bit of a refresh. Some areas like bathroom fixtures, walls, and a few kitchen items feel ready for updating. That said, the furniture and appliances like the TVs and fridge still look quite new and are in good condition.
